Covid update!

Please be aware that due to the current pandemic some people may experience significant postal delays.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our posties and couriers are working as hard as they possibly can to get our parcels of joy to you.

If you require your item by a specific date please let us know in the comments at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate or contact you if we forsee any issues that may affect your goodies getting to you in time.

Order Confirmation:

We take payment at the time of order. We carefully check and approve every order before it is dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 72  hours provided that the item is in stock. We are a small business so please be patient with us. If you require your order for a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will email you within 3 working days to offer you an alternative product or delivery date, or a refund if you prefer.

Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays and orders placed on these days will be processed on Monday.

 Ruby & Grace will always send an email confirmation after you have placed your order and after your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails please check your mail spam or junk folders.

What UK delivery options are available?

For orders up to the value of £20:
UK 1st class Standard  £5.50 delivery times are 1 – 2 days

UK 2nd Class Standard Delivery £3.50 delivery times are 3 – 5 days

 

For orders between £20 and £50 in value:

UK 1st class Signed for £6.50 delivery times are 1 – 2 days

 

UK 2nd class Signed for  £4.50 delivery times are 3 – 5 days

Free 2nd class Delivery on all UK orders over £50

If you require an alternative or more urgent delivery method please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help you.

We will deliver our packages using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or a Courier for heavier items depending on the size / weight of the parcel.  If you have a clear preference of carrier then please let us know at the time of order, by using the comments box and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please allow 7 days from confirmation of dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding non – delivery.

What delivery options are available for International Orders?

For All orders under 2kg the shipping costs will be as below:

EUROPE: Temporaily Turned Off

To our lovely EU customers, we are so sorry that we have taken the difficult decision to turn off shipping to The EU for now.  The laws have changed again on the 1st of July and I have to admit I am thoroughly confused.   Please contact us if you would still like to order and we will try and figure things out for you. We wish we were still part of The EU for so many reasons and are so sorry for this change for our customers. 

USA & CANADA DHL Express Service 1-4 days up to 2kg: £21.00

DHL Express Service larger parcels 2-3kg 1-4 days: £30.00 

(Please note the above times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to Customs checks and Covid 19 impacts)

We will aim to have your parcel too you within 4 days of  your parcel being collected by the courier. 

AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: Although we are still happy to send parcels to our lovely customers in New Zealand and Australia, the shipping costs to these areas are extremely volatile at the moment so we are unable to offer a set rate at this time.  If you would like us to ship your parcel to these areas please contact us directly and we will be able to let you know the shipping cost that would be applicable to you order.

Please note that with any international postage we are not responsible for any customs or excise taxes due in your specific country as part of shipping to you. 

Packaging:

In order to do our bit for the environment and to help keep postage costs low, we try to recycle parcel packaging, where possible. 

We understand there are occasions where you may prefer that we do not do this  If this is the case, please state at the time of ordering using the comments box on the checkout page.

 

Gift Wrapping

We also offer a gift wrapping service for your convenience. Items will be wrapped carefully on your behalf in beautiful gift wrap. All wrapped items will also include a gift tag. This can either be left blank for your own message or we can write this for you.

You can add ‘Gift Wrapping’ as an option at checkout and let us know your personalised message if desired.
