Order Confirmation:
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on week days provided that the item is in stock.
What UK delivery options are available?
UK 48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail Delivery: £3.95 delivery times are 2 – 3 days from the point of dispatch
Free 48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail Delivery for all UK orders over £50
Ruby & Grace will always send an email confirmation after you have placed your order and after your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails please check your mail spam or junk folders.
We are a small business so please be patient with us. If you require your order for a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We take payment at the time of order. We carefully check and approve every order before it is dispatched.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will email you within 3 working days to offer you an alternative product or delivery date, or a refund if you prefer.
Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays and orders placed on these days will be processed on Monday.
If you require an alternative or more urgent delivery method please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help you.
We will deliver our packages using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or a Courier for heavier items depending on the size / weight of the parcel. If you have a clear preference of carrier then please let us know at the time of order, by using the comments box and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
What delivery options are available for International Orders?
EUROPE: Suspended Until Further Notice
To our lovely EU customers, we are so sorry that we have taken the difficult decision to turn off shipping to The EU for now. We wish we were still part of The EU for so many reasons and are so sorry for this change for our customers.
USA & CANADA: Suspended Until Further Notice
Unfortunately we have had to take the very difficult decision to temporarily pause shipping to our lovely USA customers. This is due to the current situation with USA Tarrifs which is outside of our control. We would love to able to ship parcels of joy to you but we don’t want you to hit by large government charges. Hopefully this situation will improve and we can resume shipping to our American Family soon.
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: Although we are still happy to send parcels to our lovely customers in New Zealand and Australia, the shipping costs to these areas are extremely volatile at the moment so we are unable to offer a set rate at this time. If you would like us to ship your parcel to these areas please contact us directly and we will be able to let you know the shipping cost that would be applicable to you order.
Please note that with any international postage, as a customer you are responsible for any customs or excise taxes due in your specific country as part of shipping to you. Also note that If the parcel is returned to us due to non collection or non payment of fees or other factors within the Customer's control then we will not be able to refund the shipping costs we have incurred.
Packaging:
In order to do our bit for the environment and to help keep postage costs low, we try to recycle parcel packaging, where possible.
We understand there are occasions where you may prefer that we do not do this If this is the case, please state at the time of ordering using the comments box on the checkout page.
Gift Wrapping
We also offer a gift wrapping service for your convenience. Items will be wrapped carefully on your behalf in beautiful gift wrap. All wrapped items will also include a gift tag. This can either be left blank for your own message or we can write this for you.
You can add ‘Gift Wrapping’ as an option at checkout and let us know your personalised message if desired.
